I started out with a simple fever and then I picked a lung disease in order to sell out the fever, so my visibility was at a zero. Once it wasn’t noticeable, I made it waterborne and spreadable through rodents.
Overall though- Nobody saw it coming.
I waited until everyone was infected and then I made the disease produce insanity, so there were riots and everything was shut down. They tried to make a vaccine, but it only mutated the disease so that it was completely immune to drugs. When everyone went crazy and started dying by the second, I then added some boils just to make it nasty.
Boil ridden people slowly going insane while their lungs filled up with fluid and they attacked each other seemed to be the best option.
Madagascar tried to close down the harbor, but it was too late.
Got you, you little fucker.
Then it was just a matter of waiting for everyone to die. I bet it looked like a bunch of zombies, covered in gross skin sores and attacking each other. There was a single ship too that had nowhere to go.
Even if it had docked somewhere, could you imagine walking in on an entire world with only the insane left. Any house you go into, mumbling people or children curled up- some attacking others while some sang to themselves in the graveyards. Dead bodies everywhere- everyone is sweaty and bleeding and there are probably inhuman screams rattling throughout the lands.
Overall, this disease named ‘Fear’ did rather well.
